We now have a new feature called Manual Restore. If you need older backup data, you can now request it from us. Please note that there is a charge for manual backup or restore requests. We will send you an invoice for each request.
Request a restore
When you click on Request restore, a new pop-up window will open in your My Panel.
There you will see a list with the costs for the restoration per website, database and e-mail address. You can make your selection (which website, which database, which email address and the desired date) and leave us any special information if you have any.
When everything is ready, click on Request recovery and the form will automatically be sent to our support team by e-mail.
